Role as a Product Manager

Utilizing several tools and the efforts of cross functional teams, Medly Pharmacy successfully launched and grew its telehealth integration service and newly revamped app for patients to manage their prescriptions, achieving high engagement and customer satisfaction.

This project demonstrated my ability to lead cross-functional teams, including UX Design, Software Engineering, and Marketing, to develop the patient retention program and revamp of the product lifecycle to push out the new Medly mobile health app, significantly enhancing Medly Pharmacy’s offerings and market presence.
